This function can be found in the left side menu. Under Accounting, the options are:

  • Account List
  • Add Account
  • Money Transfer
  • Balance Sheet
  • Account Statement

In the main view, all the operations that we have carried out appear. In this case, we have an expense noted that comes from the expenses function.

We are going to create an accounting account, for this, we click add and a pop-up window appears. We must enter the code, the initial amount that this account has, the code, which we recommend should be from the general accounting plan, and any notes.

In this example, we have created a bank account, as seen in the accounts, we now have two bank accounts, one that already existed and the one we have created.

We are going to make a money transfer between these two accounts, for this, we go to "Transfer Money". At the top, we say add movement, and a pop-up window appears, where we put the source account and the destination account and the amount. The transaction appears immediately. Now, if we go to the Balance Sheet section, we will see the new balances for each of the two accounts once the transfer is made.

In the Account Statement function, we can generate movements that are not money transfers. For example, the payment of rent, or when we receive the rent invoice. We can also set a period of time, in this case, it is a monthly expense. Once the operation is done, it will have a unique reference. As the movement can be partial or total in the transfers, it will show us if it is fully paid or partially.
