Sales

In this tutorial, we will explain how to create sales within the ERP.

On the left side menu, we deploy the sales menu. Here we can see all the available options in this section. We have POS, Add Sales, Quotes or Estimates, Import Sales with CSV, Gift Cards, Coupon List, Delivery Notes.

If we click on the list of quotes, we will find in the main view all the sales transactions. The data shown are the date, the client, the sales agent, the transaction reference, the status of the sale in relation to whether it has been charged or is pending.

On the right side, in each of the listed operations, we can deploy "Action" where the transaction can be edited, Deleted, Generate Invoice from a Delivery Note, or add a payment.

If we select view, a view of the sale or transaction is generated with all the data and its document code in barcode format. This view can be printed.

If we select add payment, it gives us the option to reflect the payment of the invoice by the client either partially or in full, we can also select the payment method.

If we edit a sale, we access the fields that correspond to the specific transaction. It is important to bear in mind that there are fields that take data from pre-configurations already made such as type of tax, warehouse, seller, etc. Before anything else, we should have these parameters configured, from the configuration option of the side menu we can do this previous work. We must also have registered the clients, the products, and other necessary data that are needed in a sale, as well as the necessary stock in that product to generate a sale. Each sale will automatically deduct the products from the inventory.

The fields in editing are the same ones that we must fill in when creating a new sale, client, warehouse, commercial or seller, type of VAT, transport costs, the status of the operation.

There are two types of status, one is the status of the sale in relation to whether it has already been generated or is pending and the other status refers to the payment status.

We have two types of Notes, private notes that only we can see and notes for the client, the latter will be reflected in the sales document and therefore will be seen by the clients.

We can print the sales ticket or the invoice with the invoice format through the right side menu in "View".
