Our ERP is capable of generating QR codes and barcodes, whether they are already available in our inventory or if we simply wish to print codes without linking them to any asset in our inventory. With our industrial-grade PDAs and the software we incorporate, you can also manage assets via RFID or NFC.

To do this, in the left side menu within products, we click on Print barcode. We see the main screen of this section. In the box to add code, start typing the code, if the asset is registered it will appear in the drop-down list. This option only allows generating barcodes from the products that we have already registered in our inventory.

Simply by selecting the reference we are interested in, the asset is automatically placed at the bottom.

In this part, we can modify the quantity we want to print, and further down the print format for the code labels we want to print.

When you click submit, a popup window appears on our screen. To print we just have to click on print.

The same procedure works for the QR code. In the left side menu, we select print QR code. We see the same screen as in the option to print barcode. In the Add Product box, we write the product code. If it is registered in our inventory, it will appear in the automatically deployed list. We select the reference we want and it automatically appears at the bottom, where we can modify the quantity of labels to print. We can also delete that code from the screen and select another.

As you can see, we have the option to add or remove the product name to the label, the price, and the promotional price if this asset has one.

We select the label size and when we click submit. A popup window will appear with our code ready to be printed.

Now let's see how to generate barcode and QR codes without them being related to a product or asset in our inventory.

In the side menu, you can see the option to generate barcode or QR code. You click on generate barcode and the main screen of this function appears, it is very similar to the print barcode, but in this case, it is not necessary for the code to be associated with an asset in our inventory.

In the add product box, we write the code to generate, with a space or enter it already appears below, we give it a name, select the quantity to print and press the generate button, select the size and when clicking submit a popup window is shown with our code, now all that remains is to print.

The same procedure will be for generating QR codes. In the left side menu, we select this option and the main screen view to complete the data just as we have done with the barcode appears.

We write the code we want to generate, we name it and detail the quantity of labels we wish to print.

We select the size and click submit, a popup window will come up from where we can print on paper if we have a printer configured on our computer or even in PDF.
