This function is located within the Sales section. A gift card is a code that allows us to assign a gift
in the form of money so that it can be used in our system by a customer and is represented by a code.
For example, if we want to issue a refund to a regular customer, it's possible that the customer would
prefer a voucher to spend on a future purchase instead of a cash refund. In this case, for instance, we
could issue a Gift Card.
If we access the Gift Card function, we can see in the main view the gift cards we have issued, to whom
they have been issued.
To create a new Gift Card, we click on the add button in the upper left corner. This will open the form
where we can configure the Gift Card.
We can generate a code manually or automatically. In this case, the Gift Card must specify an amount,
whether we want to use a list of clients or an individual client, and the expiration date of the amount.
In the right side menu, in the Gift Card, we can expand the menu; in this area, we can edit the gift card
if we want to make any changes, delete it, or recharge it.
If we decide to recharge it, we will have to detail the amount to be recharged, this way we won't have to
create a gift card each time we want to add a new gift amount for the client.
