This function is where we can create all user profiles by user type, for example, customers, sellers, users, and all those we need.

In the left side menu under People, we can unfold the menu. In the main view, we find the list of all users, in this view, we can also see what permission is assigned or what function the user has.

The main users will be Customers, Suppliers, Sellers. When creating the company and assigning permissions automatically, the administrators or users that we have created in the account configuration will appear here. This type of user is created from the user account configuration function. We can also create it from employees for users who have access permissions to our ERP.

A function within this section is that, for example, if we hover over a customer, on the right side, we unfold the side menu, we will see that we can make a settlement from there, for example, a payment that the customer makes to us. We will also be able to see the payment movement.

We can add a customer with the upper left button once we are in "Customers". We must fill in the fields, the same for sellers and suppliers.

In summary, this function allows us to create the different types of users we are going to work with, except for our workers since these are created from the Human Resources function that we explain in another tutorial.
