Reports

In this tutorial, we will see how to issue reports on all our activity within the system.

This part is one of the most useful as it deals with information that can be used for decision-making within the organization.

In the left side menu, we can deploy this function under "Reports".

The first view gives us a summary of all the reports, from all areas of our system. This allows us to have an overall view of everything.

Subsequently, if we wish to see each of the sections in more detail, we can unfold the menu and view each area of our business in great detail.

We can filter by specific date criteria or by types of dates, quarterly, annual, monthly, etc.

We can see our profits by day, by month, sales value, value of our assets in the warehouses.

All these reports can be exported in different formats, we just have to go to the top right in the buttons that appear and allow us to select the different formats.

Some reports allow us to select by dates and by warehouses and or by location.

The reports will allow us to have a concrete vision of all areas. The better we make the inputs of our data in the system and the better quality we perform each action in the different areas, the better reports we will have.
