We have several ways to obtain assistance.

In our platform, there is a ticket section. You can open a ticket. Tickets are the most effective way to make an inquiry or request assistance and are the fastest because they have priority.



Questions and Assistance

In this area, you can find similar issues or questions you have from other users. Most of the time, the issues are the same, so check this option as the first step before submitting an issue.



Asistencia IA

Our AI assistant based on ChatGPT has been trained to respond to problems and questions. We invite you to give it a try.
