The ENGONUS Internal Management system allows us to create communication flows from within to outside the
system through notifications.
To send a notification, we must go to Settings and unfold the menu, where we will find "Send
Notifications". If we select this option, we can choose the user and write the message in the pop-up
window that appears. To be able to send it to a user in our system, we must have previously created the
user to whom we want to send the notification.
To create a user, in the left side menu, under People, we can list the users that exist and create a new
one.
In the upper right button, by adding, we can create the user, where we must detail the email as well as
other data.
This function is very useful because it allows us to work with an internal messaging system, enhancing
our system with the possibility of communicating from within with clients, suppliers, users, and others.
ENGONUS is a comprehensive system that combines ERP, APP, and IIOT.
